How do I add or change a magazine?
Simply call us at our customer service number, 800-967-3363, and we'll take care of it right away.

When will I receive my first issue?
Individual magazine publication dates vary and some will arrive sooner than others. Your selections will arrive in your home within 8 to 16 weeks. Your subscription begins when you receive your first issue.

Will I continue to receive my magazines if I move?
Absolutely. And, you do not have to contact each magazine's publisher individually—that's our responsibility. But please notify us as soon as possible. Just check the change of address box on the outside of the monthly invoice return envelope or call or write us. We will make every effort to ensure that you receive uninterrupted service.

What happens if there's a postage increase?
Don't worry. We guarantee you full protection against magazine and postage price increases, and your monthly payment is guaranteed.
